RCOphth: How do I create an ESR?

If you are a Trainee wondering how to 'create an ESR' - don't worry - this is not something that you will need to do.

You just need to have an open, current Review Period and this essentially acts as a "live" document, that will be converted into the signed off ESR Report.

All ESR preparation can be completed by the Supervisor and Trainee from the 'Portfolio summary' box by clicking on 'Prepare':
