RCOphth: How to sign off an ESR: Trainee and Supervisor Guide (Including VIDEO, both curricula)

The video above is a guide for Supervisors and Trainees, on how to complete an ESR/Report to close a Review Period.

To sign off an ESR/ Report:

1. First click on the Trainee in your Supervisor Area for whom you need to sign off ESR/Report:              

2. Next scroll down and click on Prepare in Portfolio Summary column. This will take you to a page called ESR: - X preparation.

3, Providing all areas are complete, click on Edit Educational Supervisors Report which will open the page to enable you to fill in your sections of the ESR evidence. 

4. You can then complete this ESR/ Report as normal and click on Complete & Submit when you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
