I can't remember which email address my FourteenFish account is registered under
With so many user names and email log ins to remember, there may be a time that you can't remember which email address you have used to set up your FourteenFish account.
First of all - try entering a variety of your known email addresses into the Log in page. The system will be able to pick up whether it is the correct one or not.
If you still struggle to remember it, then please could you raise a Support Ticket Request via this link, including verifiable information to allow us to track your account and we'll help you securely get back into your account.
I have forgotten my password
Don't worry - we have all been there with so many passwords and PIN's to remember! If you can remember your email address your account is registered under then you can simply reset it.
