How do I add additional email addresses to my account?

Your account always has one main email address. This is the email address that any notifications from FourteenFish are sent to.

You can also add any number of alternate emails which can then be used to submit learning into your FourteenFish account via email. 

Adding an additional email address

• Click on the down arrow next to your name
• Click on My Account

• Click on Manage emails

• You will then see Add an alternative email address

• Here you can enter your additional email address.

You can add as many alternate emails as you like which will enable you to submit emailed learning entries from those accounts into your portfolio.

Confirming your new email

To ensure that you own the email address you've entered (and haven't made a typo) we send an email message to the new address with a link in that you need to click.

Changing your main email address

Once you've confirmed your new email address, you will be able to make it your main address via the same screen you were on before. Just click on make main next to the new email address.
