If you haven't received your password reset email, here's a few things to try:
- Check that you entered the correct email address (sometimes one little mistype can cause this)
- Ensure that you don't have more than one account with us (see our help article here for more information on what to do if you have)
- Make sure it's not in your Junk folder (we try very hard to avoid being filtered into spam but this still happens sometimes.)
- Double check your Bin folder (if your message was directed to Junk, after a certain amount of time your inbox will move it into the bin)
- Do you have an @nhs email domain? If so, sometimes these email addresses are provided with an anti-spam measure called "grey listing". This means there could be a delay in the delivery of the message for up to half an hour
- If none of the above work, we would recommend adding the below email addresses to your approved recipient list: noreply@fourteenfish.com, surveys@fourteenfish.com & support@fourteenfish.com and sending a new password reset email to yourself
