Don't worry – if you think you may have two FourteenFish accounts the easiest thing to do is for us to merge your accounts for you.
This will combine all the information you have on both (or all) accounts, and means you will later be able to use either email address to log in with, under one password.
What we need from you
We take GDPR very seriously and in order to merge two (or more) accounts together, we need to be sure that you are the owner of both/all accounts.
For this we will need:
- A ticket request raised via this link directly from both (or all) email addresses listing all email addresses to be merged
- In one (or both/all messages), please tell us which email address you wish to be made the main email address, which is where all automated messages (such as password resets/payment receipts) will be directed. This can be changed at any point after the merge has been done
Once we have received confirmation from each of your email addresses, we'll merge your accounts and email you to let you know when we have done that for you!
I don't have access to one of my inboxes as it's a defunct email address
Don't worry - we understand that sometimes email addresses will no longer be used so in this case we won't be able to receive an actual message from both registered email addresses.
What we need from you
We still need a ticket request raised via this link directly from your live email address/es detailing the below:
- A list of both/all email addresses you would like to be merged
- CC your defunct email address into the request
- Please include three pieces of account identifiable information (for example, GMC number, a phone number or when your last appraisal/Review Period was completed) to prove ownership of the account
If we need more details to verify the email address, we will let you know.
Once we are happy we have verified / linked you to your accounts, we'll merge them and email you to let you know when we have done that for you!
