Will deleting consultations refund me the credits used?

We wanted to let you know that the FourteenFish Consult product will be gradually phased out.
From 12th June 2025, it will no longer be possible to purchase new credits.
Any existing credits can still be used, but please ensure they are redeemed before 14th October 2025 as they will expire from that date.

The RCGP provides all eligible ST3 trainees, who are sitting the August RCA exam, with a total of 800 credits to complete consultations - 200 before booking your exam, and the other 600 afterwards.

Just so you know - each consultation that you record incurs a cost, regardless of whether the consultation is deleted or not, so the credits are there as a way of covering this cost.

This means that unfortunately, if you do delete a recording, we won't be able to refund the credits that were used for the consultation back into your allowance.
