We wanted to let you know that the FourteenFish Consult product will be gradually phased out. From 12th June, it will no longer be possible to purchase new credits. Any existing credits can still be used, but please ensure they are redeemed before 14th October 2025. After this date any remaining credits will expire.
Consult Sunset – Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will I no longer be able to purchase credits?
You will not be able to purchase new credits from 12th June 2025. All purchase pathways will be disabled from this date.
2. How will I be informed about this change?
A message will be displayed within the Consult Tool and the mobile app starting 12th June, informing users that:
- Credit purchases are no longer possible as of 12th June 2025.
- The product will no longer be available from 14th October 2025
3. What happens to the product on customer-facing sites?
The product will be removed from all direct purchase sites to prevent new transactions.
4. Can I still use my existing credits?
Yes, you can continue using any existing credits until 14th October 2025. After this date, unused credits will expire.
5. Will the app still be available for download?
No. The app will be removed from the App Store to prevent new users from installing it.
6. How long will I have access to my redordings?
Recordings will be available until 14th March 2026
