Changes to Product Availability

We wanted to let you know that the FourteenFish Consult product will be gradually phased out.
From 12th June 2025, it will no longer be possible to purchase new credits.
Any existing credits can still be used, but please ensure they are redeemed before 14th October 2025 as they will expire from that date.

When you use our Upload Consultations feature, we will automatically convert the video or audio files you upload to a standard format.

This means that you can be confident that supervisors and examiners will definitely be able to watch or listen to the recording.

File formats: 

You can upload almost any audio or video recording file, and we will be able to convert it. In fact, if you find a format that doesn't work then we want to know about it!

We have ensured that our system is compatible with all common file formats from computers and mobile devices (Apple and Android). We've also made it compatible with more quirky file formats like iPhone voice memos.

File size limit: 

Our file size limit is 1Gb (about 1000mb) which should be plenty for any patient consultation. If your file exceeds this though, you will need to compress it before attempting to upload it onto our platform.
