I can't access the Remote Consultation tool

The RCGP has provided us with a list of all GP trainees who are due to CCT before 1 October 2020. If you are on this list, you will receive an email from us by Friday 5th June at the latest. If you are on this list and you follow the instructions in the email to log in, then you should see the Remote Consultation tool on your FourteenFish dashboard.

Why you might have two accounts

When we received the list of RCA candidates from the RCGP, we created FourteenFish accounts for everyone using the email address that the RCGP have on file for you. This is the email address that we sent the introductory email to.

If you already had a FourteenFish account with the same email as the one the RCGP has, we will have used your existing account FourteenFish account.

However, you may have registered with FourteenFish already with a different email address. Perhaps you were keen to try out the Remote Consultation tool and registered separately, or perhaps you have used our Pass the AKT or Pass the CSA education packages.

If you have ended up with multiple accounts, we can merge your accounts for you after going through a brief security process. Please contact us and provide us with the email addresses of the accounts.

If after double checking that you are logged into the correct account and you still can't see the Remote Consultation tool on your dashboard, please contact us and we will see what the problem is.

Supervisors

This page is for GP Trainees. If you are a supervisor, then before you can access the remote consultation area you need your trainee to share a consultation with you. This will trigger an email to be sent to you which will contain a button to click to accept the consultation. From this point on, you will then see the recorded assessment area on your dashboard on the right hand side.
