When you perform a recorded phone consultation on FourteenFish, we make an "outbound call" to the patient and the doctor makes an "inbound call" to our system.
We cover the costs of the outbound call to the patient.
You will need to dial a UK landline number in order to connect. You can use your mobile phone, or you can call the number from your GP practice phone as you would when making any other calls to the patient. There will be a cost associated with this, but the cost is very low as the phone number you call is just a regular UK phone number.
