Changes to Product Availability
We wanted to let you know that the FourteenFish Consult product will be gradually phased out.
From 12th June 2025, it will no longer be possible to purchase new credits.
Any existing credits can still be used, but please ensure they are redeemed before 14th October 2025 as they will expire from that date.

No, we never show your phone number to the patient.
You may have seen our short video summarising the RCA, in which the patient sees a mobile number is calling them when the doctor is making a recorded phone call. This is not the doctor's phone number and is instead a generic number that we use to make outgoing phone calls.
If the patient tries to call the phone number back, they will just hear a recorded message.
