If you wish to send the Appraisee an email notifying them of who their Appraiser will be, you will need to set up the email template and edit the wording before sending them.
How to set up the Email Template
The Email template you are looking for is Notification of appraisal: Appraisee automatic notification and details on how to edit the template can be found here.
How to send the Email
Once you are happy with the wording in the template, you will need to have allocated the Appraiser to the Appraisee's Case - see our help article here.
Once you have done that, you just need to go back to the Appraisee's Case where you will see the option to Send a confirmation email as below:
When you select Send the appraisee notification email you will be taken to a preview page where you can personalise the template further if you wish.
Once you are happy with the email just press Send email:
When you have sent the email, the option to send this notification on top of the Case page will disappear.
