RCOphth: How to find Assessments

It will depend on whether your Assessment is in a current Review Period as to where you need to look on the system to find them:

My Assessment has been created in the current Review Period:

If your Assessment exists in the current Review Period, you can find them by scrolling down to the Educational assessments area and clicking on the assessment form:

Here you will find all Assessments in different sections depending on their status:

• Draft Assessments: this area will only appear if you have any assessments in the current Review Period that you have started but not yet sent the invite to the Assessor
• Completed Assessments: this area will show you all assessments in the current Review Period  where the Assessor has completed the assessment in full
• All Assessments: this area will show all requested assessments within the current Review Period. Any that show 'Waiting' have not been fully completed by the Assessor 

My Assessment was created in a previous Review Period:

If your Assessment does not exist within the current Review Period, there are two places you can find them.

All entries page:

There are two ways that you can access the 'All entries' area and this is either via your Dashboard (which is your landing page when you log into your account):

Or via your Portfolio area:

Once in the All entries page, you will be able to find assessments by using the Search box or filters.

• 'Type' Filtering:

You can bring up a list of all completed assessments (regardless of assessment type) across all Review Periods by selecting 'Educational assessments' in the Type box and clicking Run search:

• 'Form' Filtering

To run a more specific list of completed assessments, ensure the 'Type filter' is set to Educational assessments. This brings up a 'Form' box, where you can click on the specific assessment template (i.e. CBD's) you want to see.

Once you have selected with assessment type in the 'Form' box, click Run search.

• Using the 'Search' box

You can look for specific entries that contain key words in their title using the Search box. The system will look for any entries that have those specific words listed in their title:

You can find also find assessments not in your current Review Period by scrolling down to the Educational assessments area and clicking on the assessment form:

Scroll down to the bottom and you should see that the system advises you that 'x assessments not in this review period' as shown where you can click on View all:

This will bring up a new box called Assessments from other review periods where you can click View on the assessment in question:
