When is an Assessment considered locked?
An Assessment is considered locked once it has been fully submitted by the Assessor and shows as 'Completed'
Can my Assessment be unlocked?
The College have advised that requests to unlock/delete Assessments are at the discretion of your Supervisor.
Below we have included common requests:
-
I have included identifiable information
FourteenFish can unlock Assessments in order to remove identifiable information without the consent of your Supervisor. Please raise a ticket with us confirming the title / date of the Assessment and where the identifiable information has been included. We will then remove the information for you and let you know when this has been done.
- I need to change my Learning Outcome Tags
Trainees have the ability to make changes to Learning Outcome tags to assessments even if they are in a locked Review Period
-
I need to add more information/make changes to the Assessment
Changes can only be made to Assessments that are within an open Review Period (where an ESR has not occurred). Please ensure that you have notified your Supervisor and they authorise for the changes to be made to the Assessment. You can then either contact FourteenFish yourself to ask for the changes to be made, forwarding us the written consent from your Supervisor, or you can ask your Supervisor to contact us directly. Please let us know the assessment's title, type, date and Assessor who completed it.
