RCOphth: How to make a copy of an Educational Assessment

As a RCOphth trainee, you will be expected to recreate EPAs and GSATs per Level until you get the full sign-off in each one.

We are aware that the below Make Copy button currently results in an error so we have added a guide below on how to action this at the current time:

Find the existing assessment:

You can find the existing assessment by following our guidance in our help article here

Create a new assessment request:

• We would recommend at this point, you duplicate your current web tab to make this process a bit easier. Click here if you need help with this
• In Tab 2 (that you have just created), start a new assessment by going to the 'Educational assessments' area on your specific assessment form then clicking on the Request button:

• Choose your original Assessor from the list then you will need to copy the assessment details 

Copy the assessment details:

• After choosing your Assessor from the list as the invitee, you can go back to Tab 1, which shows your originally completed assessment form
• Give the new assessment a Descriptive title that replicates the original one but ensure that you type COPY somewhere at end of the entry title
• You will then need to work your way through the form, selecting the corresponding answers from the original assessment and copying / pasting any text within comment sections
• Click Invite

Completing the assessment details:

• The assessment will need to be completed in full by your Assessor as normal and once they submit it, the copied assessment will be visible in the current Review Period to the ARCP.
