RCOphth: How to tag Learning Outcomes to Assessments

Who can tag Learning Outcomes on Assessments? 

Both the Trainee and the Assessor can manage Learning Outcome tags on Assessments.

When can Learning Outcomes on Assessments be tagged? 

Selected Learning Outcomes can be managed at any point after the Assessor has completed the assessment in full. If the Assessment is included in a locked Review Period, the tags can still be edited.

How can Learning Outcome tags on Assessments be added? 

Assessments can be tagged by following the below steps:

• Scroll down to the Education Assessments section of your/your Trainee's Portfolio and select the type of assessment you are looking to tag

• The completed assessments will be shown at the top of the page so click View on the assessment you are looking to tag

• You'll see the option to click Manage what is tagged to this entry as shown below:

• This will take you to the key capability tagging page and here you can tag the relevant Learning Outcomes and click Save selection when you are done:
