If your ESR needs to be changed to an iESR but the system is not allowing your Supervisor to do so due to receiving the message 'The last ESR was an iESR' , this is most likely because the Previous review period has been incorrectly set when the current review period was created:
You will need to contact your Local Deanery / Patch Office as they will be able to update this for you so that your Supervisor can set the ESR as an iESR.
If you are linked to the London Deanery and are creating new review periods yourself, you will need to ensure that you are linking the correct review period as the previous review period so that this issue does not occur in future. Setting the correct review period as the previous review period will also ensure the correct Action Plans & PDP's are pulled through to the new review period.
