Colleague Survey Invites: How to share Colleague email lists to populate invitees

If you and your colleagues are all creating Colleague 360 Surveys with FourteenFish it may be useful for you to know that we have a handy tool that allows you to share your colleague email lists with each other, saving you time!

To create a list

• Click on Surveys from your Dashboard.
• Create a Colleague Survey.
• Enter all the email addresses of your colleagues.

To share your list

• Go into Surveys from your Dashboard.
• Then select Share Colleague details from under Active Surveys.

Select the survey that you wish to draw the colleague details from

• Here you will be given a unique sharing code.  
• Your colleagues will then be able to use this when they create their own surveys.
  
  

To apply the list to a Colleague Survey

• Click on Surveys from the Dashboard.
• Create a Colleague Survey.
• Enter the survey setup by clicking Continue next to the survey.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter the unique sharing code, this will populate all of your colleague email addresses ready for you to send invites.
