Just so you know - our surveys are set up to follow the GMC guidelines for revalidating GP's/Doctors, which states that the exercise should be carried out anonymously and we have made this the case across all our surveys intentionally.
But why?
It allows for colleagues to decide whether they wish to give the feedback or not, and protects their wishes should they choose not to complete it.
Anonymity also provides colleagues an opportunity to give honest feedback which can allow for constructive reflection to take place.
