Colleague Survey Responses: How many do I need?

Our surveys were originally created for GP's / Doctors for Revalidation so it closely follows the criteria laid down by the GMC.

The GMC guidelines state that GP's/Doctors require 15 completed responses in order for it to be acceptable for Revalidation.

But I am not a GP/Doctor.....

Don't worry - we understand that not all professions require the same number of responses to be accepted.

The minimum number of responses required does vary based on the particular question set that you are using and the role that you are in.

Our suggestion would be to invite a minimum of 15 colleagues but 20 is ideal.
