We have tried to provide you with some tools to make things a bit easier in a busy practice. We have enabled Practice Managers to support their team by allowing them to create and manage their own Communities or Teams.
This means that you can assist your GP colleagues by paying for their Appraisal Subscription and Surveys as well as helping to administer their surveys by printing out personalised Patient Questionnaires and helping to populate invite details in Colleague Surveys.
A bit more about Communities / Teams
These online groups (public or private) that anyone can form on our website are for discussing things, storing important documents and managing events, amongst other things. Think of them like a mix between an intranet and a social network like Facebook. Anyone can set up a community, or you can see which ones are already available. You could set up a private one for your practice, or create a special interest group that anyone else can join. Please click the following link to find out how to set up a Team.
Team Communities allow Practice Managers or Community Administrators to bulk purchase appraisal subscriptions and feedback surveys in the form of credits, and members of your Practice team can access these when they have been made members of your FourteenFish community (remember that if you purchase 5 or more credits, a discount of 10% will automatically be applied to your checkout total). The Practice Manager can apply credits on behalf of their Practice team through Manage FourteenFish for your team or members can apply them to their own accounts through Surveys when they are logged in.
Once you have created a Community for your Team linked to your own FourteenFish account you will be able to Manage FourteenFish for your Team here, this is also the way to create the Community.
- Here you will be able to view all of your team members or invite new ones, purchase credits, apply credits and administer Patient Surveys and Colleague Surveys for your Team.
- To view the surveys and appraisals for a particular member of your team, simply click on Details next to your colleagues name.
