If you have created a Community or Team for your Practice through your FourteenFish account, you may then have made a bulk purchase of Appraisal or Survey credits which you might want to apply to your colleagues' accounts.
Once the credits have been purchased, you will be able to apply them by signing into your FourteenFish account and going to Manage FourteenFish for your team from the drop down menu under your name.
Within this area you will see a list of community members (and invitations awaiting action). Please click on Details next to the member you want to apply a credit to.
Provided you have previously purchased community credits and they are still available, then you will see the option to Apply credits to either the Appraisal Subscription, Patient Survey or Colleague Survey. (If the team member has an active appraisal subscription, you will not be able to apply a credit until their active subscription has expired.)
If your team member does not have any surveys open on their account, you will need to create one before you can apply a credit. To do this, click on Start a Patient/Colleague survey for *** ***, and the new survey will appear on your list and in their account as well.
