If you haven't received your registration email, here's a few things to try:
- Check your email spam folder (we try very hard to avoid being filtered into spam but this still happens sometimes - if it is in spam, marking the email as 'not spam' will help to avoid this happening again).
- Request a password reset email. There are links from the home page or log in page (recover your account), you will need to enter the email address that you registered with.
- If none of the above work please check you entered the correct email address.
If you haven't received your registration email, here's a few things to try:
- Check that you entered the correct email address (sometimes one little mistype can cause this)
- Make sure it's not in your Junk folder (we try very hard to avoid being filtered into spam but this still happens sometimes.)
- Double check your Bin folder (if your message was directed to Junk, after a certain amount of time your inbox will move it into the bin)
- Do you have an @nhs email domain? If so, sometimes these email addresses are provided with an anti-spam measure called "grey listing". This means there could be a delay in the delivery of the message for up to half an hour
- If none of the above work, we would recommend adding the below email addresses to your approved recipient list: noreply@fourteenfish.com, surveys@fourteenfish.com & support@fourteenfish.com and going through the Account creation help article
