RCPsych: How to add a Stage of Training

Resident doctors need to create their own Stages of Training. This help article contains the instructions to add a new Stage of Training. Please ensure, where possible, that the details are entered correctly, but these can be edited at a later date as detailed here.

Educational Supervisors can also add/edit Review Periods on the Resident Doctor's Training Map.

You will first need to navigate to the Training Map from the Portfolio overview page:

On the Training Map page, below the graphic of your training to date, you will see the button to Add a Stage of Training (your Training Map might be empty if this is your first Stage of Training to be added):

Select from the drop down list the correct Stage or Career break option:   

You will next need to add in the date range, correct WTE percentage and Save the change.
