The ESR is the end product of a Review Period. These Review Periods are noted on your Training Map page as Report. Resident doctors can create their own new Review Periods and link Supervisors, please go to this help article to see how to do this.
Towards the end of your Placement or Post, and close to the end of the Review Period Date range, before the ESR meeting you must check your training evidence to ensure all requests from the last ARCP and proof of curriculum coverage, PDP and Time Out of Training is in place.
The current Review Period acts as a 'live' document, that then needs to be converted into the signed off ESR Report.

All ESR preparation can be completed by the Supervisor and resident doctor from the Portfolio summary box by clicking on Prepare:
