All Appraisees need to ensure their Designated Body and RO is correctly set on their appraisal - if you are unsure of who your Designated Body is, you can find out by visiting the GMC website here.
Once you know your Designated Body and RO's name, you can set this on your Appraisal within FourteenFish:
To set your Designated Body
- Click on Portfolio from your Dashboard
- Select Set your Designated Body which can be found on the right hand side of your Portfolio page:
-
Select your Designated Body from the dropdown list and this will automatically populate the Responsible Officer then click on Save these details:
- This will be saved down in your Portfolio as shown:
My Designated Body does not appear on the List!
If our list of preset Organisations does not include your Designated Body then please don't worry!
- Click on Set your Designated Body (as above) and when you click on the dropdown list you'll see an option called 'My designated body is not listed above':
- You will be able to manually type out your Designated Body and Responsible Officer's name then click Save these details
My Designated Body is already populated and I cannot edit it
Some of our Designated Bodies/Appraisal Teams use our FFARMS system to manage the appraisal process for that Organisation so you may find that your Designated Body is already populated on your Appraisal so you will not need to set this yourself if it is correct.
If you have left that Organisation though, please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help you with this.
