Please be aware that previously Agreed PDPs cannot currently be carried over at ESR sign off (as of 05/03/2025) but our dev team are looking to fix this. Any PDP that trainees wish to be transferred to their next Review Period must be added as a New PDP Idea and the Supervisor must transfer these by clicking on Create PDP entry from this as detailed in our Help Article here.
In order to carry over any PDPs, you will need to ensure that you add them as a PDP idea and to do this you need to make sure that when you are reviewing the PDPs that you have:
- selected 'No' when asked if the PDP has been completed
- selected 'Yes' when asked if you wish to carry over the PDP to the next Review
Once you have reviewed all your PDP, you will see the below option to Add when you click on 0 entries from the main Portfolio page (mentioned in our help article here)
The system will pre-populate the PDP idea with the information from your existing Agreed PDP so check those details then click Save:
