RCOphth: How does a Supervisor link to a Trainee's Portfolio?

In order for a Supervisor to link with a Trainee, the Trainee will need to have invited them (see our Help Article here)

Supervisor with no linked FourteenFish account:

If the email address the Trainee has used to invite the Supervisor is not registered to a FourteenFish account, the Supervisor will receive the below email address:

Clicking on access to the shared portfolio will take the Supervisor to the following page where they should click on Create a new FourteenFish account:

NB: If you already have a FourteenFish account, we would recommend that you ask your Trainee to re-send the invite to the email address registered on your existing account.

When setting up an account, we recommend setting the profession as Hospital Doctor:

If the email address the Trainee has used to invite the Supervisor is registered to a FourteenFish account, the Supervisor will receive the below email address:

The Supervisor will automatically be linked to the Trainee's portfolio through their Supervisor's Area.
