Providing Appraisers with early access to an Appraisal

Appraisees can provide Appraisers with early access to their appraisal summary that is not ready to be sent.

Giving an Appraiser early access

• The Appraisee must have their Appraiser set (see our help article here)
• Click on Portfolio from the Dashboard
• Select Tools which can be found on the right hand side of the Portfolio page:

• Click on Give appraiser early access:

• Make sure to tick the 'Early access' box and then click Save:

Removing early access from an Appraiser

If the Appraisee later wishes to remove early access, this can be done:

• Click on Portfolio from the Dashboard
• Select Tools which can be found on the right hand side of the Portfolio page
• Click on Turn off early access

• Un-check the Early access tick box and click Save
