Editing Appraisals: How to make changes once the Appraisee has sent it to the Appraiser

For various reasons you may find it is necessary to amend something in your Appraisal after it has been submitted to your Appraiser, these changes can be easily made.

• Go to Portfolio from your dashboard
• You should see an Update something in your Appraisal button

• If you click on this you will be able to make any changes you need to.
• Finally please click I have finished making changes as this let's your appraiser know automatically.

Allowing your appraisee to make changes

If you are an Appraiser and you would like your Appraisee to make some changes...

• Go to the Appraisers area from your Dashboard
• Select the Appraisee you would like to message to make changes
• Click view
• Please select Messages to contact your Appraisee with the details of the changes you would like made

• The appraisee will then be able to reopen their appraisal as above and make those changes, you will be notified when this has been done.
