How to add website links to posts within a Community

Should you want to post a link to a website within a Community you can do this when you add a post.

• Go into the community you wish to post a comment to.
• Select to Post something to this community.

• Here you can start to enter your comment and when you are ready to add the link please click on the link icon ( please make sure your cursor is in position in the text where you wish the link to be inserted).

• You can then cut and paste the link into the URL box and click Submit then Ok.  

Title: This is used by default as the text in place of the link. It also enables you to find the link in future the picking list (shown in the table in the screenshot above). Therefore it is useful for the title to be descriptive.

URL / Email: This is the web address or email address that you want users to visit after clicking the link. It is normally simplest to copy and paste this from the browser address bar.
