RCPsych: How to change the WTE / LTFT Percentage

Who changes WTE / LTFT percentage?

If a resident doctor's full time equivalent needs amending, both the resident doctor and Supervisor can make these changes. Deanery and College level administrators can also access and change these, if there is the need but the resident doctor owns their portfolio, so this should not be a frequent requirement.

The default is for 100% Working Time Equivalent (WTE) or Less Than Full Time (LTFT), to be set on a Stage of Training. Should you need to make any adjustments to this if circumstances change, you need to first access the Stage of Training from the Training Map as below:

Then under the date ranges, there is the Full-time box selected by default.

It is important to Save these changes for the portfolio to update.

NB: The Extension option should only be used at the end of the final years training, for additional information to be added at the request of ARCP to fulfil Outcome 6.
