Who changes Review Period dates?
The College asks that care is taken by Supervisors and resident doctors to ensure accurate dates are added first time. If Review Period dates need to be edited, this can be changed by a Supervisor or in special circumstances, the College or Deanery Admin Team.
Resident doctors do not have access to edit Review Period date ranges.
How can Supervisors change Review Period dates?
A Supervisor must still be linked to your current Review Period in order to amend the dates - if the end date has passed then it will be the Deanery Admin Team who will need to make changes.
Supervisors will need to sign into their FourteenFish account and click on the resident doctor whose dates they need to amend, from the Dashboard - Supervisor's Area, as shown:
On the Portfolio overview page, the Review Period dates will be in pink text. Click on this to be taken to the Edit page:
Then add in the new date range and Save the change. To go back to the Portfolio Overview Page, you need to click the link at the top of this page:
