How is the clinical supervision / planning meeting logged?

There is a specific template in the WPBA programme to log the placement planning meetings. The placement planning log entry can be only completed by the trainee and this is not something that you can add as their supervisor. You can find more information about the log entry in our help centre.

Please note that if you have been linked to the trainee, you can add an educator note too, if you wish. This can be added by going to the trainee's record, then going to the "educator notes" section and adding the note there. This is only possible if you have been linked to the trainee's review period, otherwise you won't be able to add a note. The placement planning log entry still needs to be completed by the trainee.
