How do I add Appraisers?

Everybody on FFARMS will need an Appraisee Record even if they are just an Appraiser for your Designated Body.

If you go to the Appraisees section of FFARMS, use the Search box to find them and hit View on their record:

You will see in their Appraisee page under Appraiser the current status is 'Not an appraiser'. To change this go to Edit this as below:

You will see there is a dropdown option by the Appraiser status field:

There are several options to choose from from this dropdown:

• Not an appraiser
• Live 
• New 
• Supported
• Lead 
• Inactive

It depends on how your Organisation wants to categorise Appraiser status but 'Live' is usually the best option to use.

Please note: if your Organisation has more than one Designated Body you will see a dropdown menu where you have to choose which Designated Body they appraise for (this may be different to their own Designated Body!):

Once their Appraiser Status is changed to 'Live' they will have a separate Appraisee and Appraiser page where you can keep their information on each role separately.
