If you would like to add historic appraisal documents for your Appraisees, you can do this by following the below steps:
- Go to the Appraisees area of FFARMS
- Find the person's Appraisee record using the Search box and once you have found them click View to go into their person record:
- Scroll down to the Appraisals area of their Record and click on Add an appraisal:
- You'll be given the option to Choose a file or drag it here:
- The system will most likely advise you that you need to enter the details manually and you'll first be asked to add the Appraiser from the dropdown list. There is an option for 'This is a new person not listed' or 'I don't have the appraiser details' if they are not an Appraiser set up on FFARMS. Select an option and click Next:
- You'll be asked to add some key appraisal details - add as much/as little as you wish as the fields are not mandatory then click Save
- If there is any missing information, you'll be notified of what this is and you will be given the option to either flag or not flag the appraisal:
- The Appraisal document will be saved under the 'Appraisals' area of the Appraisee's record and the status will say 'Historical'. A Case is not required for these so you will just see the Appraisal document in the row relevant to the appraisal year based upon the meeting date you entered:
