Communities are online groups that anyone can form on our website for discussing things, storing important documents etc.
Communities are also used as the mechanism for group purchases on FourteenFish.
Think of them like a mix between an intranet and a social network like Facebook. Anyone can set up a community, or you can see what ones are already available. You could set up a private one for your practice, or create a special interest group that anyone else can join.
Community privacy
There are three levels of privacy that you can choose from for your community:
- Private: People won't know the group exists unless you invite them to be a member
- Request: People can find the group in the communities directory, but will need to request access
- Public: Anyone with a FourteenFish account can access the community
