This will relate to a payment through FourteenFish (previously known as myLMC), Appraisal toolkit or an LMCs website.

Possibilities are:

• Event booking
• Lunch & learn package
• LMC membership
• DBS check
• Subscription to the Appraisal toolkit or Library
• Colleague or Patient feedback including Friends and Family Test
• Communities

There is always an email receipt sent following payment.

To download a receipt:

• Login.
• Click on the drop down menu next to your name in the top toolbar.
• Click on My account.

• Click on Payments.

• Click on the payment you wish to download a receipt for.

• Download a PDF Receipt.
