How is my profile picture used?

When you first create your FourteenFish account, your profile picture will be set to your initials with a random background colour.

We encourage you to upload a custom profile picture, as this image is shown to other users of FourteenFish that are connected to you. Here are some examples...

• if you do your appraisal on FourteenFish then your profile picture will be shown to your appraisee
• if you are a GP trainer then your profile picture will be shown next to any messages you send to your trainees
