Log into www.fishbase.co.uk and click into the Database from the left hand drop down menu. You will be accessing the database for one Deanery at a time, so please ensure you are viewing the correct Deanery in the top black bar. You can update this on My account under your name.
Click into Database then Panel Meetings from the left hand menu list. This is where the list of all existing Panels will be.
These can be filtered via the Date of Meeting drop down list. You will only see meetings for your Deanery. If you have access to multiple organisations, you will see the current database you are accessing listed at the top of the page in the black bar, please ensure you are accessing the correct Deanery.
New panel dates can be added by clicking New Panel Meeting.
On this page you can add the Panel Members from the pre existing Jobs added to Person Records and link the resident doctors fro review.
We would recommend adding all of your panel dates up to at least 18 months in advance so you can put your trainees into these ‘panels’ ahead of time. These can be edited at a later date, as detailed here.
