How do I access my Trainee information after CCT'ing?

The level of access to your previous training material within your FourteenFish account will be dependent on whether you have a live RCGP membership or not.

I have a live RCGP Membership

If you RCGP membership is still active, then you will be able to access the full history of your training, including ESR summaries and ARCP documents via your Portfolio page.

Within your Appraisal template, you will see an option to View your trainee information as shown: 

My RCGP Membership has expired

Once your RCGP membership expires then you will have limited access to your training information.

You'll be able to access:

• Learning Logs
• Assessments
• PDP entries

I need access to reports but my RCGP Membership is not live:

Should you no longer have a live RCGP membership and you require training documents that you cannot access through your FourteenFish account, you will have two options:

1. You can contact your Deanery and request them to send them to you
2. You can contact the RCGP membership team to request temporary access to your trainee portfolio so you can download them: Tel:020 3188 7766 / Email: membership@rcgp.org.uk
