How do I switch to an Appraisal portfolio, now that I have qualified?

When you CCT, your account should automatically go through the process of transferring from Trainee to Qualified GP so when you next go to the Portfolio area, you should see the Medical Appraisal Template as shown:

If you cannot see this:

• Go to the My Account area from the drop down menu under your name
• Change your System Preferences from Trainee to Appraisal portfolio (as shown below) and click Save:
  
  
• Your training will still accessible from the Trainee Information link in the appraisal toolkit
