RCOphth: How to tag Learning Outcomes to Learning Logs

How are Learning Outcome tags managed on Learning Logs? 

It depends on the status of the Learning Log as to who can manage the Learning Outcome tags

Learning Log created

The Trainee will initially tag the Learning Outcomes (see our help article on Creating Learning Logs)

Learning Log awaiting Supervisor acknowledgement/review

The Trainee can make amendments to the Learning Outcome tags after they have shared a Learning Log with their Supervisor but they will need to retract the review request first (see our help article on Editing Learning Logs)

Learning Log reviewed and in a current, open Review Period (where an ESR has not been completed)

The Trainee will no longer be able to make amendments to Learning Outcome tags themselves but they can send a message to their Supervisor asking them to add/edit the Learning Outcome tags for them (see our help article on Editing Learning Logs)

Learning Log reviewed and in a locked Review Period (where an ESR has completed)

Neither the Trainee nor the Supervisor can make any changes to the Learning Outcome tags of a Learning Log in a locked Review Period
