RCOphth: How to share Learning Logs with Supervisors

When you first create a Learning log, it will not be visible to Supervisors, Assessors or the ARCP. The system will advise you that 'this entry is still private to you':

In order to make this visible to the ARCP - you will need to share it with your Supervisor and they will need to acknowledge this by reviewing it.

Sharing the entry:

• Make sure you are happy the entry is complete and all the Learning Domains are tagged
• You'll see a dropdown list with all your linked Supervisors, select the relevant Supervisor then Request a review

• Your Supervisor will be notified when you have requested a review
• The Learning Log will be locked for editing after you send it to your Supervisor but you can  Edit the Learning Log up until the point your Supervisor reviews it
• When the Supervisor has reviewed it, you will no longer be able to edit the learning log but the Supervisor can help you tag Learning Domains as long as the Learning Log is not in a signed off Review Period/ESR
