First of all, please make sure that your Portfolio has been correctly set up - more on this here.
Check your Training Map for FCP2
You can check the dates of your Stages of Training (and corresponding Review Periods) within the Portfolio area of your account by clicking on Training map as shown:
As a full member of the MACP, you will be starting your training on FourteenFish from FCP2, you will not require an FCP1 Stage of Training or Review Period so your Training Map should look as below:
If you have an FCP1 Stage of Training or Review Period, or your FCP2 dates look incorrect, please contact the MACP Administration team for them to be corrected.
Detailing your FCP1 Training
As a full MACP member, your membership certificate serves as proof that you have completed FCP1. You may also have an equivalent certificate you can use as proof of completed FCP1.
To log this within your Portfolio, scroll down to the Compliance passport area, you will see an 'MACP membership' field as shown:
To upload your MACP membership certificate (or other equivalent proof that the MACP accept), you first need to click into Compliance Training - MACP membership, then you need to:
1. Choose a file or drag the document onto the below highlighted box
2. Make sure you fill in the Date of your document
3. Click Save
Once you have done that, your MACP membership field will turn green:
