How do I Archive an Appraisee?

So once somebody leaves your Organisation you will want to archive their Appraisee Record on FFARMS.

To do this just go to the Appraisees section and find them by using the Search box and hit View:

In the top of the next screen you will see the option to Archive:

You can give a brief description as to why you are archiving them in the Comments box and then hit Archive:

What if I want to Unarchive them?

Never fear - archiving an Appraisee on FFARMS can be undone!

To do this pop back to the Appraisees section and you will be able to use the Filter dropdown and select Archived which will list all archived records. You can also use the Search box with this filter applied and then hit View:

In the next screen you can see they are marked as Archived but there is the option to Unarchive as shown:

You will be taken to the same page as when you archived them where you can add commentary as to why you are unarchiving them and then you can Restore.
