How can I add Action plans for Capabilities?

Action plans are specific to a Capability rather than them being a more general thing. When you click on 0 plans next to the Action plans title it takes you to the ESR overall preparations screen, rather than to a separate Action plans area.

If you go back to your main Portfolio page and scroll down to the ESR preparation section to where the Capabilities lozenges are, you will notice that if you hover your cursor over them it effectively highlights an individual Capability, as shown below:

Clicking on the highlighted Capability will take you to a page which lists everything associated with this Capability, including your entries linked to it, and your self and supervisor ratings.

Scrolling down will take you to the designated area, where you can Add an action plan:

Once you have done that, you should find where it previously said you had 0 plans this number will increase as you make more Actions plans.
