There are a couple of possible reasons for this:
Is your new Supervisor available to select in your Portfolio?
In the training information, in the top right corner of your Portfolio, you can click on your Supervisors name to edit who you are linked to.
You can edit your Supervisor by clicking the pencil icon on the following page:
You are then taken to this page:
If your new, or correct, Supervisor does not appear here, or on the drop-down list you may have here, then please contact your Deanery administration team, as they will need to add them to the database so they appear as an option on your Portfolio. They can also update any links to Supervisors, without you needing to take any further action.
Please note: You can also remove access for a supervisor on this page if this is wrong or if you have changed post and the supervisor no longer needs access. This is not the same as requested a different supervisor and for that you should contact your training programme.
Perhaps your Programme Manager or Deanery Admin hasn't yet linked your account to your Supervisor?
As we migrate all the Deaneries to FourteenFish, there are instances when the Deanery does not yet have access to the database, because they are not yet migrated, but you are. This is typically for GP ST1s, but does affect others. Please check the Deanery migrations list on our homepage for the date your Deanery migrates.
If you are on FourteenFish, but your Deanery is not yet, please be patient, as they will get your account sorted when they have access. Do still let them know the issue with your Supervisor link however; please contact your Deanery directly to ask if they can add your current Educational/Clinical Supervisor to your account. They hold the current information about your training posts and relevant trainer, while we do not have access to this at FourteenFish and so have limited ability to assist you.
Perhaps you have multiple accounts with FourteenFish?
It maybe that your Supervisor is linked to a different account to the one you are logging in with.
If you think that this might be the case the best thing for us to do, if you would like us to, is merge these accounts so that all of your information is in one place.
To do this we will just need you to complete the following steps:
1. Send an individual message from both/all of your email addresses verifying you would like us to merge the accounts.
2. We would be grateful if you could let us know which email address you would like to be set as your main email address (this is where all automated emails will go to - for example, password resets).
