One of the questions we get asked a lot is around which activities actually count as CPD.
Does it have to be a course attended or an online learning module? Who judges this? The answer is usually that almost anything can be counted as CPD, but it is the learning and the reflection that is the key.
We all learn every day and some of the most useful learning might even be a very quick informal chat between colleagues. Capturing this learning is key which is why we try and make this as simple as just sending an email.
Conversely, you may not get much learning from attending the most highly acclaimed course if you know it all already.
The key thing to remember is that learning and reflection (what we learnt and what you will do differently from now on) is the important thing not where or how you learnt it.
